She has a special interest in the bite (occlusion) and works closely with our laboratory, using a facebow for accurate records when needed. She is an Invisalign provider and offers arch development for children aged 7 to 14: a first step before orthodontics, using removable appliances while the jaws are still growing, which in some children may reduce the need to take out adult teeth (results vary and are not guaranteed). Her skills include minimally invasive tooth contouring and smile design, teeth whitening, artistic white fillings, root canal treatment, veneers and dental trauma. Nikki qualified from King's College London and held hospital posts in oral and maxillofacial surgery and oral medicine at Guy's and St Thomas' and the Royal Surrey County Hospital. She has practised in London for many years, in Battersea, Tower Bridge and Hackney, and many of her London patients now travel to see her here in the Cotswolds. She speaks Farsi.

Nikki's special interests: aesthetic dentistry, composite bonding and arch development. Each starts with a 1-hour consultation (£180) that you can book online, beginning with a biological health check. She does not offer homeopathic consultations.

Outside dentistry, he is also a qualified homeopath (Licentiate of the College of Practical Homeopathy) and a Bowen therapist. He provides SMART safe amalgam removal, crowns, bridges and dentures, extractions and bone grafting, and gives diet advice to support oral health. Patients travel to see him from across the Cotswolds, the South West and London.

He provides general and family dentistry, root canal treatment, crowns, dentures, extractions, bone grafting where needed, teeth whitening and implant restorations, including Adin implants. Patients often mention how calm and reassuring he is with nervous patients. Alex also works at other dental practices in and around the Cotswolds, so you may already know him: you can now see him at Miserden too, with our on-site lab and CBCT scanner on hand.

He works with Bicon short and ultrashort implants and NobelPearl ceramic (zirconia) "white" implants, a metal-free option. He also places Ankylos and Adin titanium implants, sees nervous patients, and gives second opinions on complex cases. He has taught, mentored and assessed on a University of Warwick postgraduate implant programme and is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology and the British Dental Association. Patients who know Dr Lazaridis from elsewhere in the South West can see him here at Miserden, with our on-site lab and 3D CBCT scanner in the same building. He works with Dr Doan-Gill and Dr Izadi, who restore implants depending on the complexity of the case.

He holds a master’s degree in implantology from the University of Sheffield, was a course lecturer and supervisor on the first Royal College of Surgeons (England) implant course, is a former member of the Nobel Biocare UK education committee, and has designed and carried out immediately loaded full-arch implant treatment using a guided surgery technique. Roger no longer provides general or implant treatment. With us he now prepares dental medico-legal and expert witness reports (he also holds a Master of Laws, LLM), including for patients making a dental negligence claim, and advises our team on the care of patients from his former patient list. “Working in Miserden is excellent for providing optimum patient care. The CT scanner and the dental laboratory on site make for seamless treatment planning,” he says. When Roger needed his own front tooth restored in 2025, he chose Dr George Lazaridis.

Outside dentistry, she is also a Licentiate of the Faculty of Homeopathy (Dental Hygiene), UK, and holds a Level 4 qualification in sports massage therapy. A former dental nurse in the Royal Navy, she treats gum disease, places white fillings, carries out oral cancer checks and provides SMART amalgam removal. She has a special interest in diet and nutrition for healthy teeth and gums, fluoride-free options and jaw (TMJ) massage (£90 per 30 minutes), and can re-cement crowns temporarily in an emergency.

Book with Kerry for: holistic consultations, check-ups, hygiene and gum care (£90 for a full 30 minutes), SMART amalgam removal, white fillings, jaw (TMJ) massage (£90 per 30 minutes), T-Scan bite readings, and temporary re-cementing of a crown in an emergency. After a jaw massage, Kerry can offer you a 20-minute bite and jaw (TMJ) check with Dr Nikki Izadi (£110), ideally on a Wednesday when they are both in. Nikki checks your bite and fits an anterior deprogrammer (a small anterior bite jig), with instructions, as a diagnostic test: whether your symptoms ease while you wear it helps show if your bite is involved. You keep a simple pain diary for two weeks, scoring your pain out of 10 each day, so we can see whether it comes down; then a quick review with Nikki (£55) decides the next step, including a diagnosis or a referral if needed. Kerry usually works Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and you can see her without seeing a dentist first.

She takes digital scans with our DEXIS IS 3800W intraoral scanner, and impressions, matches shades and manages lab work from start to finish. She speaks English and German.

He works closely with our dentists on shade, shape and bite, and meets patients in the lab at technical advice appointments, on prescription from their dentist after a new patient examination and with a dental nurse present, to plan the look of their new teeth. Any records he takes, such as shade, photographs or bite records, and his technical findings are written up in a technical note for your dentist, who uses it to decide your treatment plan.
