At our Cotswolds practice, we believe good cosmetic dentistry should look like your own teeth, only healthier. We favour gentle, minimally invasive options that keep natural tooth.
Cosmetic dentistry treatments
- Teeth whitening. Standard home whitening, £450, or Enlighten home whitening, £650. Enlighten is a home whitening system designed to reach shade B1, the lightest natural tooth shade, and Enlighten offers a B1 shade guarantee for suitable patients, confirmed at your consultation. Top-up gels £45 to £160, for existing whitening patients only: by law, whitening gel can only be supplied on a dentist’s prescription. Your dentist sets up your prescription at a review appointment (£25), and it is not available to anyone under 18. Existing whitening patients can order top-up gel online. Internal whitening for a single dark tooth, £150. Planning crowns, veneers or white fillings? Crowns, veneers and white fillings do not change colour once they are made, and whitening gel does not lighten them, so whiten first and we will match your new teeth to the whitened shade.
- Composite bonding. Reshape chipped, gappy or uneven teeth with tooth-coloured resin, £300 per tooth. For the most natural result, Dr Nikki Izadi also offers artistic layered bonding, built up in several shades and translucencies and hand-polished to a natural lustre, £650 per tooth. Start with a composite bonding consultation.
- Tooth contouring. Small refinements to the shape of teeth for a balanced smile.
- Porcelain veneers. Thin ceramic facings handmade in our lab, £920 per tooth.
- Optional trial smile, £300 per tooth. For patients who are unsure about going ahead, or who would like something reversible first. We take a digital impression of your teeth with our DEXIS intraoral scanner, design the planned result, and place it directly on your teeth with no drilling, so you can see and feel it in your own mouth before you commit to veneers or ceramic crowns. If you go ahead, we take £100 off the price of each final crown or veneer. It is an optional extra, not a required step.
- Invisalign clear aligners. Straighten teeth discreetly.
- Arch development for children aged 7 to 14. A first step before orthodontics, which in some children may reduce the need to take out adult teeth (results vary and are not guaranteed). More about arch development.
- Smile design: digital impression for a diagnostic wax-up (£90). A digital impression with our DEXIS IS 3800W intraoral scanner and photographs, so our lab can make a diagnostic wax-up of your planned smile. You can then choose the optional trial smile to see it in your mouth.
Teeth whitening: before and after

Teeth whitening with Dr Nikki Izadi and Dr Alexander Doan-Gill. Real patient, shown with their consent; photos not retouched. Individual results vary.
Porcelain veneers: before and after

Two porcelain veneers on the upper front teeth, handmade in our lab. Note the natural surface texture: fine ridges and lines that catch the light like real enamel, rather than a flat, glassy finish. Real patient, shown with their consent; photos not retouched (only an even brightness adjustment to the whole photo). Individual results vary.
Full-mouth smile with character: before and after

A full-mouth restoration made in our lab with character: each tooth has its own shape, subtle colour changes from the gum to the edge, and natural surface texture, so the smile looks like real teeth rather than a row of identical white blocks. Real patient, shown with their consent. Photos are not retouched; both were evenly sharpened, and the before photo is cropped from an everyday picture. Individual results vary.

- Arch development consultation, 1 hour, £180. For children aged about 7 to 14 (see below).
Each of Dr Nikki Izadi's consultations is a full hour and is an exploratory starting point for your journey. Up to two X-rays are included; please bring any recent X-rays you have, and further X-rays are £19 each. A panoramic X-ray (OPG), if needed, is £90. With Dr Zac Cox, Kerry Braithwaite and Dr Nikki Izadi, your consultation starts with a biological health check: your mouth, your full medical history and medicines, and how your general health may affect your dental care. If anything suggests you need medical tests or advice, we will suggest you see your GP.
Arch development for children aged 7 to 14
Crowded teeth are often treated by taking out healthy adult teeth to make room for braces. Dr Nikki Izadi offers a gentler first step for children aged about 7 to 14, while the jaws are still growing: arch development. Small removable appliances gently widen and develop the dental arches, making room for the adult teeth to come through, which in some children may reduce the need to take out adult teeth (results vary and are not guaranteed) before any orthodontic treatment, such as braces or Invisalign, that may still be needed later. Nikki looks at your child's growth, bite, breathing and habits, such as mouth breathing or thumb sucking, and explains whether arch development is suitable, what it can and cannot do, and the alternatives, including referral to a specialist orthodontist. Results depend on your child's growth and on wearing the appliance as advised.
