We want every patient to be happy with their care. If something has gone wrong, please tell us. We will listen, look into it fairly and put things right where we can. Raising a concern will not affect your care.
How to raise a concern
- Speak to us: ask for Livi Priestley, our Practice Manager, on 01285 821220, or at reception.
- Write to us: email reception@miserdendentalpractice.co.uk, or write to the Practice Manager, Miserden Dental Practice, The Estate Barn, Miserden, Stroud GL6 7JA.
Please tell us what happened, when, who was involved and what you would like us to do. Someone else can complain on your behalf with your written consent.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days, and tell you who is looking into it.
- We investigate, speaking to the people involved and checking your records.
- We aim to give you a full written response within 10 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated.
- We explain what we found, apologise where we got things wrong and tell you what we will change.
We keep a confidential record of every complaint and review them as a team so that we learn from them.
